Mid-december update

This update includes a lot of new features to help you handle every situations. We'll keep you informed of all the changes we will make to Yuman through this page.

  • Mobile view

    • We reworked the mobile view to give easier access to urgent data.

    • Users are now able to search into their workorders from the mobile view

  • Bugfixes

    • As usual and thanks to the communication with our users, we were aware of a few bugs that are now resolved.

Mid-december update

This update includes a lot of new features to help you handle every situations. We'll keep you informed of all the changes we will make to Yuman through this page.

  • New landing page

    • We reworked the landing page to make it more light and clear

    • We added detailed features pages

    • We also added an about page and a changelog page to keep you informed about who we are and what we do ;-)

  • Multi technicians / Multi passages

    • We have implemented the ability to assign several technicians to a signle workorders and split this workorder in several passages.

  • Map & Calendar improvements

    • The planning page now support the creation of workorder by drawing them directly in the calendar.

    • You have now a full control over your workorders through the map and the calendar pages

  • Datepicker and autocomplete

    • After a period of testing, we implemented the new date picker everywhere in Yuman (holidays, timesheets, filters, …).

    • Same for the autocomplete, which is now available for clients, sites responsibles and contacts.

  • Equipments on site

    • The list of equipments is now directly visible from the site pages.

  • Import of files

    • After successful tests, we extended the free import of CSV/XLSX files not only for the products but also for the clients, site responsibles, contacts and materials.

  • Bugfixes

    • Thanks to the communication with our users, we were aware of a few bugs that are now resolved. Some of them are :

    • All the buttons were not visible for iPad Pro and Samsung tablet.

    • A technician was sometimes not able to change the start/stop time of an intervention. This is now fixed and we added the Date Picker.

    • Under certain conditions, some emails weren't sent.

    • Under certain conditions, a technician wasn't able to directly close the intervention.

    • Some users have reported an issue on the filtering of Equipments pictures. We improved these filters.
