How to calculate the cost of maintenance?

Yuman CMMS automatically calculates the cost of your maintenance interventions, whether preventive or curative.


First, define the hourly cost for each of your technicians. To do this, go to the Users > Active Accounts tab and click on Edit to complete the hourly cost. You can also fill in this data as soon as a new user is created.


Then go to the Maintenance > Operational costs tab. This is where you will find the summary table: the interventions are accounted for, the labor cost is valued according to the time spent and the hourly cost of each technician. CMMS also takes into account the cost of items and spare parts used.


This data can be sorted by period, customer or type of intervention: curative maintenance, preventive maintenance, installation.
