How to optimize the technicians' journeys?
Yuman CMMS allows you to visualise maintenance interventions on a map, located thanks to the customer and site address. You will find open, planned, ongoing and completed interventions. Maintenance interventions that have already been invoiced are considered as done.
You can add filters on the map: technician, manager, intervention status, date or period to easily optimize your planning.
Click on the pointer to see the description of the intervention and click on the title of the intervention for more details and access to the customer's data.
If you have activated GPS position capture at the Start and Stop of the intervention (parameter to be activated in the CMMS preferences), this is where you can compare the distance between the customer site and the technician's geolocation.
Make geographical groupings and save precious time by reducing distances and travel times between two service locations.
