Which notifications for the manager?
Yuman offers to managers and administrators to receive notifications, available in the small bell next to the search bar:
- When the intervention is started
- When the intervention is done
- When an invoice has been viewed by a customer
- When a quote has been viewed by a customer
You can also receive push notifications, available in your notification center on mobile and pc.
In addition to the notifications, you are able to receive emails, with the PDF of the workorder attached. You can go to the account preferences to choose whether to receive emails about:
- deletion of work orders
You can also choose to send all the management emails on a single email address.
