Snags, handover (acceptance) and subcontracts

At the end of a project, Yuman supports closure with three complementary tools.

Snags let you record defects and non-conformities: title, severity, location, photos, related task and an optional corrective work order. Each snag follows a cycle (open, in progress, fixed, accepted).

Handover is formalized through an acceptance record (PV): date, decision (accepted, accepted with snags, refused) and a snapshot of open snags. Once finalized, the record moves the project to Reception status and triggers the retention release calculation.

Subcontracts let you track contracts awarded to vendors: amount, retention, progress, payments and linking of supplier invoices.
