Which notifications for the technicians?
The technician receives a notification, available in the small bell:
- When an intervention has been assigned to him / her
- When an intervention assigned to him has been edited
- When an intervention assigned to him has been deleted
He can also receive push notifications, available in your notification center on mobile and pc.
He can also receive an email if:
- a work order is created
- a work order is re-scheduled
- a work order is deleted
