What are the KPI proposed by Yuman ?
Yuman allows to obtain instantly powerful Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from the data the technicians have entered on their smartphone to help you optimize your activity.
They are available from the tab “KPI Dashboard”. You can also follow the daily progress.
Each KPI is returned globaly / per team / per technician / per period, with comparison between them and trends.
Among the available indicators :
- Interventions (number, total time, average time)
- Preventive maintenance coverage
- Preventive / Remedial ratio
- Time on the road
- Response time
- Solving time
They can also be personalized.
