Each project is organized around a hierarchical work breakdown structure (WBS). You break the project down into lots and sub-tasks, on as many levels as needed.
For each task you define:
- an owner: a team member or a subcontractor;
- a budget in amount and in planned hours;
- a status (to do, in progress, blocked, done) and a completion percentage;
- photos to document execution.
Hours and budgets roll up automatically from sub-tasks to parent tasks, giving you an overview of progress and consumption. You can reorder tasks by drag and drop and follow everything in a Gantt chart.
