We have chosen statuses which are very simple to understand and shareable with everybody, to identify your interventions in the blink of an eye.
Open: the intervention is not yet planned and assigned. The calendar week display allows you to keep a line at the top of the schedule for all open interventions, as a reminder.
Scheduled: it has been assigned to a technician and included into the planning.
In progress: the technician is on site and has pressed the Start button.
Closed: the intervention has been completed by the technician, you can access his intervention report.
Invoiced: the invoice has been generated and sent to the customer.
