How to build the PDF of the work order?

With Yuman CMMS, it is possible to issue a PDF report at the end of curative, preventive, contract or installation maintenance interventions. This report can be sent by email to the customer directly from the software.


To view the document, go to "list of interventions", choose the intervention concerned and click on "PDF". There you will find information about the customer, the site, the equipment as well as the data entered by the technician in the field such as the intervention report and the personalized fields completed, photos, the equipment used, the customer's signature, etc.


CMMS allows you to customize the presentation and data to be displayed on the PDF of the work order. Go to "Settings > Preferences", under "PDF Customization". In particular, you will be able to modify the header of the document (addition of the company logo and contact details), choose the data to be displayed or not (schedules, custom fields not completed, photos, etc.), add the completed regulatory form if necessary.


Finally, you can define by default the message that accompanies the PDF work orders sent by email to the customer. You can also choose to associate your General Terms and Conditions of Sale to it.


Thus, directly from the CMMS software, you can send your customers a complete report by email detailing their maintenance work, guaranteeing high-quality communication and service. The application also allows you to create and attach quotes and invoices to the email for an optimized follow-up.
