Export quotes

Do you want to export quotes and service offers created from Yuman CMMS? No problem. All the data entered in the maintenance management software can be downloaded. The export is in CSV / Excel format and can be carried out at any time by your company, without the need for intervention by the Yuman team.


To export quotes, go to the "Quote list" tab of the CMMS. Then simply click on the "Export" button.


The quotes are exported according to the last filter applied. Choose the customer, the site, the sender of the quote, or the status (quote sent, accepted, rejected, invoiced). You can also filter quotes by period.


Once the quote is exported, you will find all the information such as the quote number, its status, its title, the customer and the site, the billing address, the VAT number, the shipping date, the total price, the discount, the due date, etc.


Thus, with the Yuman maintenance management software you can create your quotes, send them by email to customers, prepare the corresponding intervention on the schedule or add a new contract, but also export service offers in CSV / Excel format.


Finally, CMMS also allows you to export invoices, the customer database, sites and equipment, stock and maintenance interventions.
