You can add your clients via the Yuman import interface using an Excel / CSV file.
It is also possible to add a client manually:
- from the Properties tab > Clients, button “+ client”
- from Interventions, new intervention, button “+ client” or by creating an intervention from the Calendar
To best fit your activity, Yuman offers you to add custom fields to your clients form. This new fields can be text, a check box, a date, an integer number, a decimal number.
Finally, you can set the clients’ numbering from Settings > Preferences.
Once registered, you can easily find your customers with our search tool: simply type the first letters and have access to information in one click!
